A team around you

Continuous support, from pregnancy through postpartum.

Instead of relying on one person, Lean On Doula brings together trained doulas with different backgrounds, strengths, languages, and availability — while keeping your care personal and consistent.

Olga Nikitina, founder of Lean On Doula
Founded by a doula, built as a practice

Personal care with the strength of a team.

Lean On Doula was founded by Olga Nikitina to help families feel informed, supported, and prepared throughout pregnancy and birth. As the practice has grown, so has the team — allowing more families across Massachusetts to receive skilled doula support while still experiencing personal, relationship-based care.

“You should know who is supporting you — and also know there is a team behind your care.”

Our doulas work alongside doctors, midwives, nurses, pelvic-floor specialists, lactation professionals, and other members of your care team. We do not replace medical care; we help you navigate the experience with more preparation, comfort, and continuity.
